Adopter Request for Revocation. Adopter may seek Revocation of a KSV associated with any Device Key Set issued to Adopter hereunder by providing to Licensor proof in a sworn affidavit (the “Adopter Affidavit”) of any of the facts relating to any particular Device Keys Set issued to Adopter hereunder that would warrant Revocation of the KSV associated therewith and satisfy the Revocation Criteria. The Adopter Affidavit shall be sufficiently detailed that Licensor can determine solely on the basis of such affidavit whether the facts averred satisfy one or more of the Revocation Criteria.
