Common use of ADOPTING EMPLOYER Clause in Contracts

ADOPTING EMPLOYER. The term Adopting Employer means any entity which adopts this Plan with the consent of the Sponsor. An Employee's transfer to or from any Employer or Adopting Employer will not affect his or her Participant's Account balance, total Years of Service (or Periods of Service) and total Years of Service as a Participant (or Periods of Service as a Participant). All Adopting Employers will be subject to the following provisions:
