Adoption and Implementation of DPS Ordinance Amendments. Within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, ADLC shall take such actions as may be required to adopt the DPS Ordinance Amendments. To ensure the uninterrupted implementation of the work described in the ICIAP, the ADLC resolution authorizing such adoption shall specify that the effective date of the DPS Ordinance Amendments will coincide with and not precede the effective date of the Institutional Controls Contractor Agreement. Following such adoption, ADLC may propose additional amendments to the DPS Ordinance, as may be necessary from time to time, that are consistent with the ICIAP, the RODs, and this Agreement. ADLC shall provide AR, EPA, and the State with a copy of any such proposed additional amendments at the same time the notice of public hearing is provided to the public and shall provide AR, EPA, and the State with an opportunity to review and comment on all such proposed additional amendments. ADLC shall give due consideration to any comments that AR, EPA, or the State provides before adopting any additional amendments to the DPS Ordinance and promptly provide AR, EPA, and the State with a copy of all adopted amendments. During the term of this Agreement, ADLC shall implement, comply with, and enforce the provisions of the DPS Ordinance.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Alterations and Amendments This Agreement, applicable fees and service charges may be altered or amended from time-to-time. In such event, we will provide notice to you. Any use of the Service after we provide you a notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change(s). Further, we may, from time to time, revise or update the applications, services, and/or related material, which may render all such prior versions obsolete. Consequently, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement as to all such prior versions of the applications, services, and/or related material and limit access to only the Service's more recent revisions and updates.

  • OPERATION OF AMENDMENTS The Service Agreement will be read and construed subject to this Deed, and in all other respects the provisions of the Service Agreement are confirmed, and subject to the terms of the amendments contained in this Deed and the Service Agreement will continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. Each Party will promptly do and perform all further acts and execute and deliver all further documents (in form and content reasonably satisfactory to that Party) required by law or reasonably requested by any other Party to give effect to this Deed. This Deed is governed by and will be construed according to the laws in force in Western Australia.

  • DURATION, AMENDING, TERMINATING, AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 3.1 This Agreement shall take effect on 07/01/2021 and shall remain in effect until 06/30/2022.

  • Substantive Amendments 6.2.1 Amendments to any matters not identified under Section 6.1 shall be deemed substantive and may only be amended in accordance with the approval requirements of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.

  • Non-Substantive Amendments The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Supplemental Provisions All of the terms, conditions, representations, warranties, covenants and other provisions, if any, set forth in the supplemental provisions attached hereto as Schedule 2 (the “Supplemental Provisions”) are hereby incorporated into this Contract and shall be considered a part hereof. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Supplemental Provisions and the other provisions of this Contract, the Supplemental Provisions shall control.

  • REVISIONS AND AMENDMENTS Any revisions or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

  • Amendments, Etc No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, and no consent to any departure by the Borrower or any other Loan Party therefrom, shall be effective unless in writing signed by the Required Lenders and the Borrower or the applicable Loan Party, as the case may be, and acknowledged by the Administrative Agent, and each such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given; provided, however, that no such amendment, waiver or consent shall:
