ADOPTION OF ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES. In connection with and in furtherance of the rendering of services under this Section II.B., the Bank and the Customer may from time to time adopt such procedures as agreed upon in writing, and the Bank may conclusively assume that any procedure approved by the Customer or direction by the Customer does not conflict with or violate any requirements of the Customer's Declaration of Trust, By-Laws, or any rule or regulation of any regulatory body or governmental agency.
