Common use of Adoption of Alternative Billing Statement Procedures Clause in Contracts

Adoption of Alternative Billing Statement Procedures. The Coordinating Committee may recommend the adoption of an alternative Billing Statement billing methodology in connection with each SCPPA Participant’s Billing Statement with respect to the Total Power Costs and the costs associated with any Project Agreement. Such alternative Billing Statement procedures may be placed into effect with the approval of the same by resolution of the Board of Directors. Any such alternative Billing Statement billing methodology shall be fiscally prudent, financially sound and shall assure coverage of all potential and actual costs and obligations of SCPPA.

Such alternative Billing Statement procedures may be placed into effect with the approval of the same by resolution of the Board of Directors. Any such alternative Billing Statement billing methodology shall be fiscally prudent, financially sound and shall assure coverage of all potential and actual costs and obligations of SCPPA.

The Coordinating Committee Project Manager may recommend the adoption of an alternative Billing Statement billing methodology in connection with each SCPPA Participant’s the Purchaser's Billing Statement with respect to the Total Power Project Costs and the costs associated with any Project Agreement. Such alternative Billing Statement procedures may be placed into effect with the approval of the same by resolution of the Board of Directors. Any such alternative Billing Statement billing methodology shall be fiscally prudent, financially sound and shall assure coverage of all potential and actual costs and obligations of SCPPA.
