Common use of Adoption of the CCMP Goals and Priorities Clause in Contracts

Adoption of the CCMP Goals and Priorities. The Parties hereby agree that once approved by the Policy Board, the Goals for the geographic territory of the Pensacola and Perdido Bays Estuary Program as described in the CCMP will be submitted for approval and adoption by each of the Parties. The Parties shall endeavor to undertake reasonable efforts to achieve the Goals within the time periods described and shall work cooperatively to achieve all of the Goals applicable to them in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, the Parties agree to work together in good faith and undertake reasonable effort to address other actions and recommendations in the CCMP.
