Adoptive Parent Leave. 30:01 An employee shall be granted (1) one scheduled shift leave with pay to attend to the needs directly related to the adoption of a child. At the employee’s option, such leave shall be granted on the day of, or the day following the adoption. The employee may be required to furnish proof of adoption.
