Common use of Adoptive Parents Clause in Contracts

Adoptive Parents. release ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its employees, officers, directors, trustees, agents, and independent contractors, past or present, from any and all liability, other than for intentional misconduct, recklessness, or gross negligence, for any and all claims and liabilities relating to the physical, mental, or emotional health of any child referred to them, or adopted by them, in a Sending Country or in the UnitedStates.
