Contractor shall establish a procedure acceptable to the Merced County Human Services Agency to ensure that all employees, volunteers, consultants, subcontractor or agents performing service under this contract report adult abuse or neglect to a County welfare agency as defined in California Penal Code, Section 11165.9 et seq.
