Common use of ADULT ABUSE Clause in Contracts

ADULT ABUSE. CONTRACTOR warrants that it is knowledgeable of the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act (WIC Section 15600 et seq.) requiring reporting of suspected abuse. CONTRACTOR shall require that all of its employees, consultants, and agents performing services under this Agreement who are mandated reporters under the Act sign statements indicating that they know of and will comply with the Act’s reporting requirements and make them available for COUNTY’s inspection.
