Admission Policies. The applicant understands that: • This program accepts applications for programs starting in the Fall semester after the applicants completes all prerequisite requirements, including a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology or a related field. • A phone interview with program faculty may be required in the application process • Admitted students will begin their program provided that the necessary number of students apply and are admitted for the cohort.
Admission Policies. A. Contractor shall develop patient/client admission policies, which are in writing and available to the public.
B. Contractor’s admission policies shall adhere to policies that are compatible with Department of Behavioral Health service priorities, and Contractor shall admit clients according to procedures and time frames established by DBH.
C. If Contractor is found not to be in compliance with the terms of Admission Policies Article, this Agreement may be subject to termination.
Admission Policies. Admission procedures shall be in writing, be available to the public and include a provision that services, benefits and facilities shall be provided to patients/clients without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition (cancer related and genetic characteristics), marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age (over veteran status, gender, pregnancy, or any other non-merit factor unrelated to provision of services, benefits and facilities, and that no one will be refused services because of an inability to pay for services.
Admission Policies. 12.1 CONTRACTOR shall accept for services under this Agreement only those patients, referred from COUNTY by the Director of the Adult System of Care or designee, who are adults over the age of 18 years and require Adult Residential Treatment Services as defined by appropriate law and regulations.
12.2 Prior to a patient admission to CONTRACTOR’S facility, COUNTY will complete and submit to CONTRACTOR a completed Authorization for Admission to Program form. The Director of the Adult System of Care or designee is the final authority as to whether or not a COUNTY patient will be approved for admission to a facility. This does not preclude CONTRACTOR from denying admission for cause.
12.3 If any patient referred to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY is denied admission, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify the Director of the Adult System of Care or designee in writing of the denial and of the reason(s) for the denial.

This does not preclude CONTRACTOR from denying admission for cause.

Subject to the faith-based standards and beliefs stated in the Christian Academy policies and procedures, Christian Academy School System admits students of any race, gender, color, nationality, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, tuition grant program, athletic and other school-administered programs. Christian Academy was established on the biblical principle that God gives parents the primary responsibility for educating their children. The school enters into a partnership with parents and Christian educators to teach academics in the context of a Christian worldview. Christian Academy’s policy is to offer enrollment to students of Christian parents who desire a Bible-based education with academic excellence for their children. The Christian Academy staff partners with families who also teach their children what it means to have a Christian lifestyle regarding personal and family relationships, such as demonstrating love for others, exhibiting a teachable spirit, and sharing the belief that a biblical marriage is limited to a covenant relationship between a man and a woman (Xxxxxxx 19:4). (See Section G.1.3) Notwithstanding anything else in this handbook, Christian Academy reserves the right to select students and families on the basis of academic performance, Christian commitment, lifestyle choices, and personal qualifications including a willingness to cooperate with our administration and policies. Therefore, Christian Academy reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue the enrollment of a student on the basis of, but not necessarily limited to, the inability to support the moral principles of the school and/or the inability to maintain a lifestyle consistent with the Christian Academy statement of faith, mission, values, philosophies and goals, and any related policies and procedures.
