Adult Guardianship Clients. Each adult in Guardianship shall have a service plan prepared by DAIL. The service plan shall indicate DAIL level of responsibility for making medical decisions for each Member. If the service plan identifies the need for case management, the Contractor shall work with Guardianship staff and/or the Member, as appropriate, to determine what level of case management is needed.
