Advance Notice and Adverse Effects. The Employer agrees to provide as much advance notice as possible but in any case not less than three (3) months notice to the Union prior to the date the change is to be effected. During this period the parties will meet in an effort to reach an agreement on solutions to the problems arising from the intended change and on measures to be taken by the Employer to protect the employees from any adverse effects.
