Advance Notice of Planned Changes. At least sixty (60) days prior to the introduction or implementation of any planned changes in organization including the reorganization of schools and classrooms, changes in methods of school operation, or changes in teaching methods affecting Teachers, the Board shall make every endeavor to advise the Union of the planned change or changes.
