Advance of Drawings. Each Drawing shall be advanced in Dollars, or in any other Permitted Currency selected in accordance with Clause 5.1. Each Drawing shall be advanced on a Business Day, provided that the Borrower shall have given to the Agent not more than ten and not fewer than four Business Days' notice in writing materially in the form set out in Appendix A of the required Advance Date of the Drawing in question. Each Drawdown Notice once given shall be irrevocable and shall constitute a warranty by the Borrower that:-
