Common use of Advance Rent Clause in Contracts

Advance Rent. The sum specified in Section 1.8 (B) is paid to Landlord upon execution of this Lease as advance Rent; provided, however, that Landlord shall hold such amount as a Security Deposit pursuant to the Lease until Landlord applies it to the Base Rent.

Advance Rent.
