Common use of Advance Reservations Clause in Contracts

Advance Reservations. At the Close of Escrow, Seller shall provide Purchaser with a schedule of post-closing confirmed Bookings for the Hotel. Purchaser shall honor all such confirmed and Bookings, provided that such Bookings were booked in the Ordinary Course. Purchaser shall receive a credit for all prepaid deposits for Bookings scheduled for accommodations or events after the Closing Date which Purchaser is obligated to honor pursuant to this Agreement, except to the extent such deposits are transferred to Purchaser.
