Advanced Fraud Management Filters. Technology provided by PayPal to enable you to (a) check a card payment against criteria such as the cardholder’s billing address (Address Verification Service or AVS), the card’s CVV2 Data, and databases of suspicious addresses, identifiers, and patterns. Advanced Fraud Management Filters offer a greater level of transaction screening, and transactions can be automatically flagged, reviewed or declined based on how you configure the filters.
