Common use of Advanced Services Clause in Contracts

Advanced Services. “Advanced Services” means intrastate or interstate wireline Telecommunications Services (including, but not limited to, ADSL, IDSL, xDSL, Frame Relay and Cell Relay) that rely on packetized or Packet Switched technology that enable users to originate and receive high-quality voice, data, graphics and/or video telecommunications using any technology.
