Common use of Advancement Clause in Contracts

Advancement. The Vendor may at its option advance the Closing Date on one or more occasions by providing not less than thirty (30) days' notice in writing to the Purchaser of the Vendor’s intention to so advance the Closing Date. In the event that the Vendor does so advance the Closing Date, the extension provisions described above shall continue to apply.
