Column Placement. Bargaining unit members are placed on the appropriate column as determined by the following criteria:
Column Placement. Any degree referred to in this Article shall mean an earned degree from an accredited institution. Three (3) quarter hours shall equal two (2) semester hours.
Column Placement. Column placement shall reflect the amount of preparation for which credit is given. Column placement for new faculty members shall be established at the system office and shall go into effect at the beginning of employment. An average grade of "B" must be maintained.

New employees shall receive full credit for coursework which meets the following criteria: successfully completed (grade C or pass) graduate credits received after receipt of a Degree necessary to obtain a teaching license; and credits must be relevant to the employee’s assignment or current endorsement area(s).

Column Placement. 4.2.2.1 Initial column placement shall be based on credits as defined in 4.1. The District shall recognize credits as defined in Section 4.1 acquired after the completion of the units for a Bachelor’s Degree.
