Common use of Advances and Payments of Non-Operators Clause in Contracts

Advances and Payments of Non-Operators. A. Unless otherwise provided for in the Operating Agreement, Operator may require Non-Operators to advance their share of estimated cash outlay for the succeeding month’s operation within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the billing or by the first day of the month for which the advance is required, whichever is later. Operator shall adjust each monthly billing to reflect advances received from Non-Operators.
