Adverse Weather. It is the Pilot’s responsibility to ensure that current and forecast weather will allow the flight to be completed safely. If weather conditions prevent a safe return to the Healdsburg, (KHES) or (KSTS) airport, it is the Pilot’s responsibility to remain with the aircraft until it is safe to return. RAM is not responsible for incidental travel expenses
