Advertisement of Leased Premises. Landlord or its agent shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of exhibiting such Leased Premises to others and to place upon such Leased Premises during the period commencing 180 days prior to the expiration of the Term “for sale” or “for rent” notices or signs of such number and in such locations as Tenant shall reasonably approve.
