Advertising and Business Practices. All advertising and promotion by Sprint and VMU will be completely factual. Sprint and VMU agree to not use any business or advertising practice that may be injurious to the business of the other party. Any use by VMU of the Sprint Marks in any such advertising or promotion will be governed by the terms of the Sprint Trademark License Agreement. Any use by Sprint of the Authorized Marks in any such release, announcement or disclosures will be governed by the VMU Trademark Policy.

  • Ethical Business Practices The Contractor shall work in partnership with the State to ensure a successful and valuable contract, and ethical practices are required of State employees, Contractors, and all parties representing the Contractor.
