Advertising and Promotion definition

Advertising and Promotion means customary activities that are reasonably incident to the advertising and promotion of the Product in a country in the Territory (it being understood that Phase IV clinical studies are not part of Advertising and Promotion). The term “Advertising and Promotional Costs” means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses paid by BMS or its Affiliates to a Third Party (and a reasonable charge for internal copying expenses for promotional materials).
