Authorized Marks definition

Authorized Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)
Authorized Marks means the Sprint Primary Marks, the Licensed Services Trademarks, the Possible Future Services Trademarks and the Products Trademarks, except Authorized Marks does not include any trademark that if used in the Territory (x) would infringe on a trademark held in Canada by a third party or (y) violates a statute, rule, regulation or law of Canada, or (z) is known by Call-Net or its Affiliates to not be available for use in Canada for any reason.
Authorized Marks. Name, trade name, and all registered or unregistered service marks of identified owner, eMONĒco™, mobile monē™ (including its Processor), MasterCard®, Discover®, Visa®, eMONĒco REFERRED SPONSOR, REP, or SPONSOR.

Examples of Authorized Marks in a sentence

  • Reseller must accurately describe Products using the Authorized Marks.

  • All Authorized Marks in the Reseller's ad text must appear with the correct spelling and capitalization.

  • In the event that Tabulera makes available branding of any materials or applications associated with the Tabulera Portal or Services and Client requests such branding, Client grants Tabulera and any Service Provider designated by Client or Tabulera the right to display Authorized Marks, subject to Client’s right to review and approve the copy prior to the use of such Authorized Marks.

  • All Authorized Marks in the Reseller’s ad text must appear with the correct spelling and capitalization.

  • Reseller may not use Google AdWords’ Dynamic Keyword Insertion or any similar search tool when bidding on any Authorized Marks or any trademark used or owned by RSI.

  • To the extent any rights in and to such Licensor Owned Authorized Marks, or with respect to any materials used in the advertising or promotion of the Licensed Products including without limitation copy, artwork, and photographs, are deemed to accrue to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, Licensee hereby assigns any and all such rights, at such time as they may be deemed to accrue, to Licensor.

Authorized Marks name, trade name, and all registered or unregistered service marks of identified owner, JBD, MOBILE MONE (including its Processor), MasterCard, Discover, Visa, JBD REFERRED SPONSOR, REP, or SPONSOR.
