Advertising and Transactions Clause Samples

The "Advertising and Transactions" clause governs how parties may promote, market, or reference their business relationship and manage transactions arising from such activities. Typically, this clause outlines the permissions and restrictions regarding the use of each party’s name, trademarks, or other identifying information in advertising materials, and may set guidelines for the conduct of commercial transactions initiated through such advertising. Its core function is to protect the reputational interests of the parties and ensure that all advertising and related transactions are conducted transparently and in accordance with agreed standards.
