Advertising Sales. AOL owns all right, title and interest in and to ----------------- the advertising and promotional spaces within the AOL Network (including, without limitation, advertising and promotional spaces on any AOL forms or pages preceding or framing the ICP Internet Site). The specific advertising inventory within any such AOL forms or pages shall be as reasonably determined by AOL.
Advertising Sales. Neither Party will sell promotions, advertisements, links, pointers or similar services or rights through the Affiliated 1-800-Flowers Site unless and until the Parties have mutually agreed upon a written advertising program whereby the Parties coordinate to establish advertising inventory space and share mutually agreed revenues generated from such advertising sales.
Advertising Sales. In the event that MP decides to designate ----------------- advertising inventory on the Affiliated MP Site, MP will offer AOL the opportunity to present its proposal for selling such inventory.
Advertising Sales. AOL will own all advertising inventory within the Co-Branded Site and will have the exclusive right to license and/or sell all Advertisements in the Co-Branded Site (who AOL may sell such ads to, and for what products or services, shall be subject to DigitalWork's reasonable standard advertising policies as made available to AOL). DigitalWork may not incorporate or link to any Advertisement or other commercial elements without AOL's prior written approval. DigitalWork will provide AOL with a meaningful opportunity to discuss in good faith the possibility (subject to mutual agreement on terms) for AOL to exclusively sell all advertising inventory on some or all of: the Standard Site and/or any other DigitalWork Interactive Site.
Advertising Sales. For the first six (6) months following the Effective Date (the "Ad Rep Exclusivity Period"), AOL shall have the exclusive right (the "AOL Exclusive Right") to sell promotions, advertisements, links, pointers, or similar services or rights (i) on or through the Decision Guide Affiliated Site (collectively the "DGAS Advertisements") and (ii) in any areas of the Affiliated MP Site as mutually agreed upon by the Parties (the "AMPS Advertisements") . AOL shall retain all revenues from the DGAS Advertisements and the AMPS Advertisements during the Ad Rep Exclusivity Period; provided, however, that AOL shall pay MP an amount equal to * (*) cents per Impression with respect to DGAS Advertisements or AMPS Advertisements sold on the Decision Guide Affiliated Site or the Affiliated MP Site during such period, as the case may be. Upon the expiration of the Ad Rep Exclusivity Period, MP shall have the right to terminate the AOL Exclusive Right. Upon the expiration or termination of the Ad Rep Exclusivity Period, the right to sell the DGAS Advertisements and AMPS Advertisements shall revert to MP, which, subject to Section 4.3, shall be entitled to retain all revenue from the sale of such advertisements.
Advertising Sales. Company shall be responsible for the sale of advertising ------------------- inventory to be placed on each Talk City Local Site. Company agrees that no advertising inventory appearing in the Talk City Local Sites will be bartered or sold at less than prevailing market rates (as such rates are determined by Company in its reasonable discretion and provided to NBC at the beginning of each relevant quarter Company shall have the responsibility of administering the contract for such advertising, paying all necessary expenses and collecting all fees related thereto in return for the Approved Fees described in Section 8(a) below which Approved Fees shall be Company's sole reimbursement for all internal and external expends related to such sale. Company acknowledges that NBC and the Stations will be solely responsible for the sale of advertising which appears within the area of the Station Sites which frames Talk City Local Sites and that Company will have no right to advertising revenues received by NBC and Stations in connection with such frames or any other portions of the Station Sites other than the Talk City Local Sites. The parties also agree that they will work together and coordinate advertising placements in order to avoid conflicts between advertising displayed on the Talk City Local Service and the area framing such sites (i.e., Coke and Pepsi will not be displayed at the same time).
Advertising Sales eUniverse elects and authorizes Mpath to exclusively sell advertising and sponsorships to appear on the pages of the eUniverse Web Sites.
Advertising Sales. Programmer shall not separately sell advertising time on the HD2 Channel but may market the WLIB Programs as being rebroadcast on the HD2 Channel.
Advertising Sales. No third party advertising or banners shall be displayed in the Customer Classifieds.
Advertising Sales. MP shall have the right to sell promotions, advertisements, links, pointers or similar services or rights through the Affiliated MP Site ("Advertisements"). The specific advertising inventory within the Affiliated MP Site will be as reasonably determined by MP. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that MP desires to retain a third party to sell advertising in the Affiliated MP Site on behalf of MP, MP shall first offer to AOL the right to sell such Advertisements on behalf of MP on terms and conditions that are no less favorable than those offered to any third party. MP and AOL shall share the revenues derived from the sale of Advertisements in the Affiliated MP Site pursuant to Section 4.3 hereof. All Advertisements in the Affiliated MP Site shall be subject to AOL's then-applicable advertising policies, exclusivities and prior approval.
