Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.
Franchisee A “franchisee” is a retailer or distributor who is authorized or permitted, under a franchise, to use a trademark in connection with the sale, consignment, or distribution of motor fuel.
Advertising The Contractor shall not refer to sales to the State for advertising or promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, posting any material or data on the Internet, without DAS’s prior written approval.
ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION A. Concessionaire shall not advertise in any manner or form on or about the Concession Premises or any other part of the Area, except by means of such signs or forms of advertising as first shall be approved, in writing, by Department.
Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing or advertising efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to Client; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to Client.
ADVERTISERS Any correspondence or business dealings with, or the participation in any promotions of, advertisers located on or through our Services, which may include the payment and/or delivery of such related goods and/or Services, and any such other term, condition, warranty and/or representation associated with such dealings, are and shall be solely between you and any such advertiser. Moreover, you herein agree that Evergreen Oriental Inc shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any nature or manner incurred as a direct result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on our website. Advertising Materials 1. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities. Any material which is added must be clearly marked as Open Ecosystem Partner's material.
Approved User A user approved by the relevant Data Access Committee(s) to access one or more datasets for a specified period of time and only for the purposes outlined in the Principal Investigator (PI)’s approved Research Use Statement. The Information Technology (IT) Director indicated on the Data Access Request, as well as any staff members and trainees under the direct supervision of the PI are also Approved Users and must abide by the terms laid out in the Data Use Certification Agreement.
Branding 12.1. CLEC shall provide the exclusive interface to CLEC subscribers, except as CLEC shall otherwise specify for the reporting of trouble or other matters identified by CLEC for which Sprint may directly communicate with CLEC subscribers. In those instances where CLEC requests that Sprint personnel interface with CLEC subscribers, such Sprint personnel shall inform the CLEC subscribers that they are representing CLEC, or such brand as CLEC may specify.
Developer Developer shall construct and complete, in a good and workmanlike manner, the Work for the Guaranteed Maximum Price including any adjustment(s) to the Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to provisions herein regarding changes to the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Except as otherwise noted, Developer shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, permits (excluding DSA), fees, licenses, facilities, transportation, taxes, bonds and insurance, and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, except as indicated herein.
