Advertising by Lender. Borrower agrees that during the term of the Loan, Borrower shall erect and thereafter shall maintain on the Mortgaged Property one or more advertising signs furnished by Lender indicating that the financing for the Mortgaged Property has been furnished by Lender.
Advertising by Lender. Permit Lender to erect and maintain on the Land until payment in full of the Indebtedness one or more advertising signs furnished or approved by Lender indicating that the financing for construction of the Improvements has been furnished by Lender.
Advertising by Lender. Subject to approval of applicable Governmental Authorities, Borrower agrees that Lender may, at its sole cost, during the term of the Loan, erect and thereafter maintain on the Mortgaged Property one or more advertising signs furnished by Lender indicating that the financing for the Mortgaged Property has been furnished by Lender.
Advertising by Lender. Borrower agrees that during the term of the Loan, Lender shall have the right to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials approved, in writing, by Borrower and describing in general terms or in detail Lender's participation in such transaction including the placement of a sign approved by Borrower for display upon the Property identifying Lender. Any such sign shall be provided at the expense of Lender; provided, however, that if Lender provides a sign to Borrower, then Borrower agrees to erect such sign in a prominent and suitable location for display for the duration of the construction of the Improvements.
Advertising by Lender. At Lender's request and expense, Borrower shall place upon the Property at a mutually acceptable location a sign announcing that financing is being provided by Lender. Also, Lender shall have the right to secure printed publicity through newspapers and other media concerning the Property and its financing. All publicity referenced herein shall require Borrower's prior approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Advertising by Lender. Borrower agrees that, during the term of the Loan, Lender may erect and maintain on the Property one or more reasonable and typical advertising signs indicating that the construction financing for the Property has been provided by Lender; provided that such signs are not objectionable to the Ground Lessor or the Ground Sublessor.
Advertising by Lender. Borrower agrees that during the term of the Loan, Lender shall have the right to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials describing in general terms or in detail Lender's participation in such transaction including the placement of a sign for display upon the Property identifying Lender. Any such sign shall be provided at the expense of Lender; provided, however, that if Lender provides a sign to Borrower, then Borrower agrees to erect such sign in a prominent and suitable location for display for the duration of the construction of the Improvements.
Advertising by Lender. Erect and thereafter during the term of the Loan maintain on the Land one or more advertising signs furnished by Lender indicating that the financing for construction of the Improvements has been furnished by Lender.
Advertising by Lender. Subject to any prior written approval required under the Sublease, Borrower agrees that during the time that the Improvements are being constructed, Borrower shall erect, or Lender shall erect with Borrower's approval as to location, in a visible location or locations, and thereafter Borrower shall maintain on the Property, one or more advertising signs furnished by Lender indicating that the financing for the Property has been furnished by Lender.
Advertising by Lender. Borrower agrees that during the term of this Agreement, Lender may erect and maintain on any Unit one or more advertising signs indicating that financing has been provided by Lender.
