Advertising Signs definition

Advertising Signs has the meaning provided in Section 1.3.
Advertising Signs means a Sign displaying an advertisement. 21 "Affiliate" means, with respect to any person or entity (a "Person"), (i) any Person 22 Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with such first Person, and (ii) to the extent not 23 covered by clause (i), any Person in which such first Person and its Affiliates own a direct or indirect 24 equity interest of at least twenty percent (20%) in the aggregate; provided, however, that in no event will 25 the State of New York or State of New Jersey or any agency or instrumentality thereof (other than the 26 Port Authority and any entities in which the Port Authority owns a Controlling interest, directly or 27 indirectly) be deemed to be an Affiliate of the Port Authority or Landlord.
Advertising Signs means any digital outdoor and/or indoor sign, including but not limited to digital billboard advertising light boxes, electronic messaging units, digital billboards, digital posters or any other digital advertising structure erected or to be erected on Advertising Sites; “Advertising Site(s)” means that portion of the property on which the Advertising Sign(s) is situated and more fully described in the Rental Agreement to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached; “Artwork” means the digital image and all supporting advertising materials in such electronic format, size, design, and layout, as may be required by JCDecaux and approved by the Client or Agency for display by JCDecaux in accordance with this Agreement. “Agency” means the party identified as Advertising Agency in the Rental Agreement. “Interactive Campaign” means the Client’s digital advertising campaign, which uses online or offline interactive media to communicate/interact with the Client’s consumers, its target audience or the public (“the End User”) via the Advertising Sign and which similarly allows the End User to communicate/interact via the Advertising Sign, for the purposes of promoting (either directly or indirectly) the Client’s products, brands, services, or goods or for any other purpose for which the Client derives exposure. “Interactive Content” means any type of visual digital data, content, images or text, which is submitted, displayed, transferred, shown or presented on the Advertising Sign by the End User in terms of the Interactive Campaign.

Examples of Advertising Signs in a sentence

  • The creative content of any and all advertising material displayed on or affixed to the Advertising Signs (the “Advertising Material/Artwork”) shall be subject to the approval of the HOF Entities, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Should this Agreement encompass more than one Advertising Sign then the cancellation contemplated in this clause will be in respect of that particular Advertising Sign only and shall not affect the remaining Advertising Signs.

  • HOFV shall manage and operate, or cause to be managed and operated, the Village (including all Village Branding and Advertising Signs) in compliance with all applicable Laws and the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Distributors shall maintain and prominently display Hankook Advertising, Signs, and other Point-of-Sale materials supplied by Hankook.

  • Should a Termination Notice be provided to JCDecaux timeously, JCDecaux shall be entitled to, inter alia, immediately commence with marketing and selling of the retail Advertising Signs to other third- parties and the Agreement in relation to retail Advertising Signs will terminate on the Expiry Date.

  • After the Expiry Date, JCDecaux shall remove all Artwork from the retail Advertising Signs.

  • In the first calendar quarter of each of 2027 and 2032, a representative of each of the Parties shall tour the Village to evaluate signage positions within the Village (including permanent, digital and media) to determine if they believe any update or refurbishment is required to the Village Branding and/or Advertising Signs.

  • This Section extends to cover liability arising out of the Accidents happening or caused in connection with Neon/ Advertising Signs owned by the Insured.

  • Should the Agreement be renewed as aforesaid, all references in this Agreement to ‘Expiry Date’ in relation to retail Advertising Signs shall automatically refer to the expiry date of the renewal period.

  • Any Party shall be entitled, at any time and from time to time, to request any change to the Village Branding and/or Advertising Signs.
