Advertising Signs definition

Advertising Signs has the meaning provided in Section 1.3.
Advertising Signs means a Sign displaying an advertisement. 21 "Affiliate" means, with respect to any person or entity (a "Person"), (i) any Person 22 Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with such first Person, and (ii) to the extent not 23 covered by clause (i), any Person in which such first Person and its Affiliates own a direct or indirect 24 equity interest of at least twenty percent (20%) in the aggregate; provided, however, that in no event will 25 the State of New York or State of New Jersey or any agency or instrumentality thereof (other than the 26 Port Authority and any entities in which the Port Authority owns a Controlling interest, directly or 27 indirectly) be deemed to be an Affiliate of the Port Authority or Landlord.
Advertising Signs means any digital outdoor and/or indoor sign, including but not limited to digital billboard advertising light boxes, electronic messaging units, digital billboards, digital posters or any other digital advertising structure erected or to be erected on Advertising Sites; “Advertising Site(s)” means that portion of the property on which the Advertising Sign(s) is situated and more fully described in the Rental Agreement to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached; “Artwork” means the digital image and all supporting advertising materials in such electronic format, size, design, and layout, as may be required by JCDecaux and approved by the Client or Agency for display by JCDecaux in accordance with this Agreement. “Agency” means the party identified as Advertising Agency in the Rental Agreement. “Interactive Campaign” means the Client’s digital advertising campaign, which uses online or offline interactive media to communicate/interact with the Client’s consumers, its target audience or the public (“the End User”) via the Advertising Sign and which similarly allows the End User to communicate/interact via the Advertising Sign, for the purposes of promoting (either directly or indirectly) the Client’s products, brands, services, or goods or for any other purpose for which the Client derives exposure. “Interactive Content” means any type of visual digital data, content, images or text, which is submitted, displayed, transferred, shown or presented on the Advertising Sign by the End User in terms of the Interactive Campaign.

  • Awning Sign means a sign with copy painted or affixed flat to the surface of an awning which does not extend vertically or horizontally beyond the limits of such awning;

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

Additionally, Grantee agrees that Gross Revenues subject to franchise fees shall include all commissions, rep fees, Affiliated Entity fees, or rebates paid to National Cable Communications (“NCC”) and Comcast Spotlight (“Spotlight”) or their successors associated with sales of advertising on the Cable System within the Town allocated according to this paragraph using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising.

  • Fascia Sign means a sign attached to, marked or inscribed on, erected or placed against a wall forming part of a building, or supported by or through a wall of a building and having the exposed face thereof on a plane approximately parallel to the plane of such wall and includes a painted wall sign and an awning sign. A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
