Common use of Advertising Campaigns Clause in Contracts

Advertising Campaigns. 10.1 Recognizing that advertising can be an effective means of communicating with the public, Canada and YHC may, at their own cost, organize an advertising or public information campaign related to this Agreement or eligible Projects, unless agreed otherwise. However, such a campaign will respect the provisions of this Agreement. In the event of such a campaign, the sponsoring Party or Project proponent will inform the other Parties or Project proponents of its intention no less than twenty-one (21) working days prior to the campaign launch.
