Common use of Advertising Campaigns Clause in Contracts

Advertising Campaigns. Recognizing that advertising can be an effective means of communicating with the public, Canada and New Brunswick may, at their own cost, organize an advertising or public information campaign related to the SCF or eligible Projects. However, such a campaign shall respect the provisions of this Agreement and the SCF Funding Agreement. In the event of such a campaign, the sponsoring party or Recipient shall inform the other parties of its intention no less than twenty-one (21) working days prior to the campaign launch.
