Advice and Market Data. 13.1 I/We agree that I/we will, independently and without reliance on the Company, make my/our own judgements and decisions with respect to each Instruction. I/We assume full responsibility for Transactions in or for the Account and for my/our investment decision. I/We acknowledge and agree that the Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any information or suggestion rendered by any of its officers, directors, employees and Agents, irrespective of whether or not such suggestion was given at my/our request.
