Common use of Adviser Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Adviser Reimbursement. In addition to the other items of underwriting compensation set forth in this Section 4, the Company or Invesco Advisers, Inc., the Company’s adviser (the “Adviser”), shall reimburse the Dealer Manager for all items of underwriting compensation referenced in the Memorandum, to the extent the Memorandum indicates that they will be paid by the Company or the Adviser, as applicable, and to the extent permitted pursuant to prevailing rules and regulations of FINRA.
