Common use of Advisor Clause in Contracts

Advisor. The General Partner has engaged the Advisor to serve as the advisor to the Partnership and the General Partner pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Advisory Agreement. In consideration for the services to be provided to the Partnership and the General Partner, the Advisor will receive the fees described in the Advisory Agreement. In addition, the Advisor is entitled to receive distributions of the Advisor Participation in Sales Proceeds under Section 5.1(c) hereof, and distributions upon a Listing Event under Section 5.1(d) hereof or upon a Termination Event under Section 5.1(e) hereof.
