Advisory Arbitration. Any claim, dispute or other matter in question arising out of or related to this Agreement may be subject to advisory arbitration if the parties mutually agree. Prior to arbitration, the parties may endeavor to resolve disputes by mediation in accordance with the mediation provisions above.
