Common use of Advisory Capacity Clause in Contracts

Advisory Capacity. In providing the technical services contemplated by this Agreement, all of the Seller's, Manufacturer's and Associated Contractors, and any of their employees, representatives, or agents are deemed to be acting in an advisory capacity only and at no time will they be deemed to be acting, either directly or indirectly, as the agents or employees of the Buyer.
