Common use of Aeronautical Uses Clause in Contracts

Aeronautical Uses. The leased premises and any and all improvements located thereupon shall be used solely for conducting the following aeronautical activities: a. Storage of Tenant’s active Aircraft. b. Final assembly of Aircraft under construction. c. Non-commercial construction of amateur-built or kit-built Aircraft. d. Maintenance, repair, or refurbishment of Aircraft, but not the indefinite storage of inoperable Aircraft. e. Storage of Aircraft handling equipment, e.g., towbars, glider tow equipment, workbenches, and tools and materials used in the servicing, maintenance, repair or outfitting of Tenant’s hangered Aircraft.
