Affiliate Defined. “Affiliate” (and variants thereof) shall mean a Person that controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, another specified Person, either directly or indirectly.
Affiliate Defined. Affiliate" or "affiliated companies" shall mean any company controlled by, controlling, or under common control with, the Company.
Affiliate Defined. The term "Affiliate" as used in this Agreement ----------------- means any individual, corporation, unincorporated organization, trust or other form of entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Company. For purposes of this definition, "control" (including "controlled by" and "under common control with") means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such individual, corporation, unincorporated organization, trust or other form of entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities or otherwise.
Affiliate Defined. Affiliated radio and television stations are defined for the purpose of this Article as those stations under a written affiliation agreement which take ten (l0) hours or more of Company Network programs per month. The ten (l0) hours are computed by adding the programs taken direct from the Company's Network lines to those programs which have been recorded by engineers covered by this contract. Owned stations not covered by this contract are to be considered affiliates for the purposes of this Article.
Affiliate Defined. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Affiliate” shall have the meaning assigned in Treas. Reg. § 1.409A-1(h)(3) (which generally requires 50% common ownership).

Affiliate Defined. As used in this Agreement, an “Affiliate” of any Person, shall mean any Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with such Person.

Affiliate Defined. For purposes of this Agreement, “Affiliate” or “Affiliated” or any derivation thereof means with respect to any individual, corporation, partnership, trust, joint venture, limited liability company or other entity or association (“Person”): (a) any Person directly or indirectly owning, controlling, or holding, with the power to vote, 10% or more of the outstanding voting securities of such other Person; (b) any Person 10% or more of whose outstanding voting securities are directly or indirectly owned, controlled or held, with the power to vote, by such other Person; (c) any Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such other Person; (d) any executive officer, director, trustee or general partner of such other Person; or (e) any legal entity for which such Person acts as an executive officer, director, trustee or general partner. 7.
