Common use of Affiliate Network Campaigns Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Network Campaigns. For all Affiliate's that operates their own affiliated networks (Affiliate's Network), Affiliate agrees to place the Links to Operator’s network in its affiliated network for registration, access and use by those affiliates in Affiliate's Network (each a "Third Party Affiliate"). Affiliate agrees that it will expressly forbid any Third Party Affiliate to modify the Links in any way. Affiliate agrees to maintain its Network according to the highest industry standards. Affiliate shall not permit any party to be a Third Party Affiliate whose web site or business model involves content containing Objectionable Content. All Third Party Affiliates must be in good standing with Affiliate. Affiliate must require and confirm that all Third Party Affiliates affirmatively accept, through verifiable means, this Agreement prior to obtaining access to the Links. Affiliate shall promptly terminate any Third Party Affiliate who takes, or could reasonably be expected to take, any action that violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event that either party suspects any wrongdoing by a Third Party Affiliate with respect to the Links, Affiliate shall promptly disclose to Alfaleads the identity and contact information for such Third Party Affiliate. Affiliate shall promptly remove any Third Party Affiliate from the Affiliate Program and terminate their access to future Offers of Alfaleads in the Affiliate's Network upon written notice from Alfaleads. Unless Alfaleads has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to any Third Party Affiliate.

Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner Palmerbet, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads Redrex has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information contactinformation for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively hasaffirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner shall Redrex, Affiliateshall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

LaZire Commerce Ltd. Unless Alfaleads LaZire Commerce Ltd has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner LaZire Commerce Ltd, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads LaSculpte has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner LaSculpte, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads Advada has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner Advada, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads Alovea has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner Alovea, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads COPEAC has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner COPEAC, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads ZALORA has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner XXXXXX, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Affiliate shall promptly remove any Third Party Affiliate from the Affiliate Program and terminate their access to future Offers Campaigns of Alfaleads ZALORA in the Affiliate's Network upon written notice from AlfaleadsZALORA. Unless Alfaleads ZALORA has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner ZALORA, Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.

Unless Alfaleads DitectA Media FZE LLC has been provided with all truthful and complete contact information for a Third Party Affiliate and such Third Party Affiliate has affirmatively accepted this Agreement as recorded by Alfaleads. Alfaleads may do payments of Comissions earned by the Third Party directly to the Partner. After this payment is processed the Partner DitectA Media FZE LLC , Affiliate shall remain liable for all acts or сomissions to omissions of any Third Party Affiliate.
