Common use of Affiliated Services Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Services. The Client acknowledges that certain affiliates of the Consultant provide real estate brokerage and management services for which they are paid brokerage, development, leasing, management and similar fees. In connection with the Services and with the prior written permission of the Client, such affiliates may be engaged to provide such services in consideration for the payment of such fees.

Affiliated Services. The Client acknowledges that certain affiliates of consultant act in the Consultant provide capacity of a real estate brokerage service business and management may earn fees for services for which they are paid including brokerage, development, leasing, leasing and management and similar feesfees in the performance of such affiliates services which may encompass a portion of the Project. In connection with no event will the Services and with the prior written permission of the Client, such affiliates may Client be engaged to provide such services in consideration responsible for the payment of any such fees, to the extent they are earned pursuant to this paragraph.
