Common use of Affiliation Fees Clause in Contracts

Affiliation Fees. The Association shall pay for certification required by legislation to practice, under the auspices of professional for those Programme Staff requiring the certification to perform their jobs. Employees completing the probationary period required by Article and who were required to purchase safety boots for the performance of their duties, will be entitled to a payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00). An additional payment will be made each year, on the anniversary date of the first payment, provided the employee remains in an occupation that requires the wearing of safety boots.
