Affirmation of Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, the terms and provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Affirmation of Agreement. (a) Subject only to the amendments contained in this Variation, the parties confirm all other provisions of the Project Schedule and the Agreement.
(b) The Agreement, as varied by this Variation, comprises the entire agreement between the parties.
(c) The parties acknowledge and agree that the Agreement as varied by this Variation is and continues to be in full force and effect.
Affirmation of Agreement. Except as amended hereby, the Shareholders Agreement shall remain in effect in accordance with its terms.
Affirmation of Agreement. The Agreement, as amended hereby, is reaffirmed in all respects. For the avoidance of doubt, the Employee agrees that the amendments contained herein do not constitute a “Good Reason”, with or without the giving of notice, under the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall govern.
Affirmation of Agreement. On and after the Effective Date hereof, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” or words of like import referring to the Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby. Except as specifically amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
Affirmation of Agreement. To the extent not amended herein, the remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement are ratified and reaffirmed.
Affirmation of Agreement. The parties signing below hereby affirm that they have the authority to bind the respective parties to the terms of this Agreement. This SOW is an integral part of Service Level Agreement No. 818K-1402 and contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No other understanding, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement and SOW, shall be deemed to exist or to bind any of the parties hereto. The Service Level Agreement and SOW, together with its exhibit, constitutes the entire Agreement. The parties have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Affirmation of Agreement. Unless specifically amended or interpreted by this Amendment, the original Agreement is hereby confirmed in all respects, and the parties thereto and hereto agree to be bound by such terms as hereby amended and interpreted.
Affirmation of Agreement. 3.1 Subject to the terms of this Deed the Consultancy Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
3.2 There are no other terms agreed between the parties relating to the Consultancy Agreement other than as contained in this Deed and in the Consultancy Agreement.
Affirmation of Agreement. The Company and the Executive hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of, and that all rights and benefit under the Agreement, as amended, shall inure to the benefit of Executive and the Company as successor to Golden Care.
