The Contractor shall utilize affirmative efforts to promote and encourage participation by women-owned and minority-owned businesses on subcontracting opportunities within the Vendor Contract scope of work. Contractor agrees to such efforts as a condition of this Vendor Contract. Affirmative efforts shall include those included in the Contractor’s bid.
