Non-Discrimination in Client Services. The Contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation (including gender identity), disability, or veteran status; or deny an individual or business any service or benefits under this Agreement unless otherwise allowed by applicable law; or subject an individual or business to segregation or separate treatment in any manner related to his/her/its receipt any service or services or other benefits provided under this Agreement unless otherwise allowed by applicable law; or deny an individual or business an opportunity to participate in any program provided by this Agreement unless otherwise allowed by applicable law.

Non-Discrimination in Client Services. The Agency shall not deny an otherwise qualified individual any services or other benefits provided under the Project Services Agreement on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, creed, marital status, age, sexual orientation, political ideology, ancestry, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap. The Agency shall not discriminate on any of the foregoing grounds in the awarding of any contract, in the provision of services, or in other activities made possible by the Project Services Agreement. This prohibition also applies to discriminatory use of any criteria or methods of administration in determining: (i) the types of services or other benefits to be provided to an individual; or (ii) the class of individuals to whom, or the situation in which, such services or other benefits will be provided; or (iii) the class of individuals to be afforded an opportunity to participate--any of which may have an effect of subjecting individuals to discrimination on the prohibited grounds or may have the effect of defeating or substantially impairing their opportunities.

If needed, Standard Form-LLL, "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities," its instructions, and continuation sheet can be found here: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/omb/grants/sflllin.pdf. The undersigned shall require that the language of this certification be included in the award documents for all agreements at all tiers (including sub-agreements, and agreements under grants, loans and cooperative agreements) and that all Subrecipients shall certify and disclose accordingly.

Non-Discrimination in Client Services. The Service Provider shall not, on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, creed, age or disability: a. Deny an individual any services or other benefits provided under this agreement or any resultant contract with an owner or operator; or b. Provide any services or other benefits to an individual which are different or provided in a different manner from those provided to others under this Agreement or any resultant contract with an owner or operator; or c. Subject an individual to unlawful segregation, separate treatment or discriminatory treatment in any manner related to the receipt of any services, and/or the use of the Service Provider’s facilities or other benefits provided under this Agreement or any resultant contract with an owner or operator; or d. Deny any individual an opportunity to participate in any program provided by this Agreement that is different than that afforded others under this Agreement. The Service Provider, in determining the types of services or other benefits to be provided, the class of individuals to whom services or benefits will be provided, the situation in which such services or other benefits will be provided, or the class of individuals to be afforded an opportunity to participate in any services or other benefits, will not utilize criteria or methods of administration which have the effect of subjecting individuals to discrimination because of their race, color, sex religion, national origin, creed, age or disability.

  • NON-DISCRIMINATION In the performance of this Contract, Contractor agrees that it will comply with the requirements of Section 1735 of the California Labor Code and not engage nor permit any subcontractors to engage in discrimination in employment of persons because of the race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or sex of such persons. Contractor acknowledges that a violation of this provision shall subject Contractor to penalties pursuant to Section 1741 of the California Labor Code.

  • Nondiscrimination in Employment Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. Contractor shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. Consultants shall ensure that their subcontractors comply with this program. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted to hold a Consultant liable for any discriminatory practice of its subcontractors.
