Affirmative Fair Housing. The Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing policy requires that each applicant carry out an affirmative marketing program to attract prospective buyers or tenants in the housing market area regardless of race, creed, color, religion, sex, national, origin, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, disability, sexual orientation, or familial status. At the time of 8609 and throughout the term of the Agreement as directed by Board, all applicants must submit an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan documenting an acceptable plan to carry out an affirmative marketing program.
