Affordable Housing Fees. At the time of application for a building permit for any new commercial construction within the FDP Properties, the commercial developer shall pay to the Town a one-time affordable housing fee equal to the then-current price per gross square foot of new construction as set forth in Town Code Section 6-5-1, as the same may be amended from time to time.
