Affordable Housing Fees. At the time of application for a building permit for any new commercial construction within the FDP Properties, the commercial developer shall pay to the Town a one-time affordable housing fee equal to the then-current price per gross square foot of new construction as set forth in Town Code Section 6-5-1, as the same may be amended from time to time. All otherwise applicable affordable housing fees imposed by the Town with respect to the FDP Properties for commercial and residential uses, whether before or after the Approval Date, shall be waived and in lieu thereof, the provisions of this Section 4.4 and Sections
