Affordable Unit Index. As of the date of this Covenant, District has approved the Affordable Unit Index, which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. Developer shall not amend or modify the Affordable Unit Index, except to the extent permitted under Section 4.6.6, without the Agency’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Any such approved amendment or modification shall be recorded in the Land Records as an amendment to this Covenant.
